Training will be provided, including hands-on and manufacturer-supported instruction. Essential Functions: - Assist customers to resolve equipment issues by phone and email - Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues - Coordinate with service technicians - Assist with electronic board scheduling, work order entry and billing processes.
