Work Arrangement: On-site Position Overview The Logistics Specialist is responsible for developing and executing transportation solutions that maximize capacity usage across UniGroup’s agent network and brokerage operations. This role involves planning loads, dispatching shipments, and tracking orders from origin to destination to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery. This position supports day-to-day transportation planning and execution within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Logistics Specialist partners closely with agents, van operators, vendors, and customers to build efficient, multi-stop truckloads, optimize capacity, and solve complex logistical challenges. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to piece together moving parts to deliver reliable service and profitability.
