Position Brand Description: The purpose of the high school internship program is for the early identification of top talent for possible future recruitment into Lilly. High school students in this program will work in a cohort with hands-on skilled trades activities and learning experiences. The student’s work schedule will be determined based on the student’s school schedule and criteria set forth by the Co-op and High School Student Program (managed by Lilly HR ).
