Central Operations Manager, Europe Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Paris / Brussels: Reporting To: S&P Lead: Compensation: €60,000 - €80,000 / year Description: Upway is hiring a Central Operations Manager for its European business. This is a critical role for Upway’s next phase of growth in Europe: from 50k to 1M E-Bikes refurbished per year, from 4 to 10+ UpCenters. The Central Operations Team’s will own and continuously improve key processes at the core of Upway’s business. Our mission is to help Local Teams scale operations at lightning speed to fuel our growth, while improving cost efficiency and meeting our very high quality standards. You will oversee a wide range of customer-facing operations - from Logistics to Customer Support - as well as E-Bike Refurbishment. You will work closely with Local Operations Teams and our Tech & Product Team. The role is based in Paris or Brussels, and you will travel frequently (5-10 days per month) to our UpCenters in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
