Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll support all tax-related functions: helping ensure compliance with direct and indirect federal, state, and local tax requirements while contributing to smart, practical tax strategies. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Legal to keep the business moving forward with confidence. What you’ll do: - Prepare quarterly federal, state, and local estimated payments and tax distributions; coordinate annual tax compliance with an external firm. - Maintain taxable income workpapers (including state apportionment calculations) supporting estimated payments, distributions, and annual compliance. - Review monthly fixed asset additions to determine appropriate tax treatment. - Assist with quarterly accounting for income taxes and transfer pricing compliance. - Administer non-income tax obligations and related annual budgets, including sales and use tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and personal and real property tax. - Coordinate with outside firms on sales/use tax and personal property tax refund studies, and identify real estate tax appeal opportunities. - Support tax audits, inquiries, an...
