Roles & Responsibilities: - Processing all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions (stock splits, stock dividends, spin-offs, exchanges, mergers, tenders, consents) on global custody accounting system - Shareholders' meetings and disclosure management - Manage Corporate Actions Escalations related to internal and external stakeholders - Corporate action information received from vendors and other sources is accurately interpreted and recorded on the Corporate Actions Dept - The high degree of risk inherent in corporate actions...
