Job DetailsJob Location: Quapaw, OK 74363Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Category: Facilities Job Identification: Position Title: Facilities/ Maintenance Technician I Status: Non-Exempt Location: Quapaw Nation Facilities Department: Facilities Reports to: Facilities Supervisor Work Schedule: Full Time Safety Sensitive: Yes* Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Facilities Supervisor, employee will perform routine maintenance duties as directed and assist maintenance staff in the performance of facility construction, maintenance, and remodeling tasks to include the primary fields of electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R), carpentry, welding, plumbing, etc. Individual must have the ability to create routine preventative maintenance schedules and corrective maintenance duties. Will perform all other tasks as assigned.
