Scale AI is looking for an Internal Communications Senior Manager to join our Communications team. Reporting to the Internal Communications Lead, you will be a key driver in building and scaling a world-class internal comms function that connects every employee to Scale's mission, leadership vision, and business milestones. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that will shape how nearly every team at Scale understands and rallies around company goals. You will: - Own and expand internal communications across all business units, building structured programs that help leaders engage and align their teams - Identify gaps in the current internal comms landscape and design net-new programs, from concept through execution, that meet the evolving needs of a fast-growing, cross-functional organization. - Partner closely with business unit leaders and chiefs of staff to develop and execute their communications strategies, including AMAs, leadership updates, and mission-critical announcements - Drive the strategy and execution of company wide channels including all-hands meetings, AMAs, internal newsletters, and Slack channels with the goal of ensuring employees feel informed and con...
