Responsibilities: - Include the current control formats for the facilities and utilities area in the Go canvas. - Upload preventive maintenance forms in EAM for the PM schedule, add labor and hours, and close the work orders in the system. - Fill out CER forms for specific projects needed for the Maintenance area. - Help maintenance technicians obtain the spare parts needed for preventive maintenance (check the manuals and provide an Excel list with OEM, description, and quantities needed per job).
