Are you our next Global RM Planning and Purchasing Specialist? The Global RM Planning and Purchasing Specialist is responsible for planning, purchasing, and ensuring availability of raw materials in the Central Raw Material Warehouse to support uninterrupted production and supply chain operations. You will also be supporting global raw material planning initiatives including allocation, reallocation, optimization projects, and cross-site collaboration. What will your key responsibilities include? Raw Material Planning: - Plan and manage raw material requirements for the central RM warehouse based on production forecasts and demand planning. - Ensure optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess stock. - Monitor stock levels, safety stock parameters, and reorder points. - Identify risks of shortages or excess inventory and take corrective actions. Purchasing & Supplier Coordination: - Execute purchase orders for raw materials in line with planning requirements. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. - Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery reliability. - Support cost control initiatives and purchasing optimization.
