Test Engineer, Lead The Opportunity: When a user tries a new system, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful product development and that means rigorous testing. That’s why we need you, a test engineering expert who knows how to thoroughly test software and hardware and work with other engineers to make sure our team releases the best product possible. As a test engineer on our team, you’ll lead your team as they work with engineers to evaluate products. You’ll oversee the creation of a test plan with test cases based on requirements and user stories. You’ll generate data and implement the test cases to observe how the system performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the product.
