Overview The Intake & Authorization Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Otterbein Universal's home health and hospice ministries. This position ensures timely, accurate, and efficient handling of intake calls, referral coordination, insurance authorizations, and admission processes. The role also supports payer verification, document management, and communication with referral sources. This position helps ensure a smooth and prompt patient experience while upholding Otterbein SeniorLife’s mission and core values.
