Job description
The Part-Time Enrollment Center Office Assistant will answer the phone, monitor voicemails, and make Academic Advisor appointments. The part time Enrollment Center Office Assistant will cover the reception desks as needed, greeting all visitors in-person and entering them into the queuing system to be seen by the appropriate department. This position also conducts other general clerical assignments. Provide general information about admissions, registration, financial aid, orientation, assessment, academic advising and business support to customers. Assist with all special projects and mailings, as well as providing filing, data entry, telephone and clerical assistance for the various departments in Student Affairs. Read and understand forms for all departments and provide proper forms to customers. Verify completeness of forms and accompanying materials. Compile information packets and distribute as requested. Greet visitors and students, clarify and answer general questions, and/or enter students into queuing systems to be seen by appropriate departments.
