SCOPE OF POSITION: Program Operations Specialists working in Evangeline’s House and provide temporary shelter, care, compassion, meals, and supervision for up to six Washington State Foster Care youth (10-17 years) and emerging adults (18-20 years) in emergency placement situations for a maximum of 30 days while awaiting placement. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - Have a high school diploma or GED - Two (2) years of successful experience working with youth KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: - 21 years of age - Pass a Criminal Background Check - Pass a DSHS Background Check - Be emotionally mature and stable in order to provide consistency, structure, and nurturing. - CPR/First Aid training - Blood borne pathogen/...
