DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Client Services Department is responsible for the relationship management of all Premium Season Ticket Memberships and full-season suites (Dell Technologies Level, Dell Technologies Club, Dugout Club, Front Row Club and Aura Club). POSITION OVERVIEW: The Client Services Communications Associate role is a hospitality-focused individual who helps create premium-level experiences at Fenway Park. This individual will play a key role in developing the experiences of our members, focusing on our client-facing email communication efforts. The position will also be responsible for our homestand newsletter throughout the season. The position will have both gameday and office responsibilities. The hourly rate for this position is $19.
