Overview The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a critical operational and analytical partner to the recruiting organization in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role supports the full recruiting lifecycle, going beyond scheduling and logistics to include ATS optimization, data integrity, reporting, compliance support, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The coordinator works closely with recruiters, sources, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant hiring processes. Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end requisition administration, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview logistics, and invoice processing - Coordinate high-volume, complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, calendars, and time zones (virtual, phone, onsite) - Manage candidate travel, accommodations, and expense tracking/reimbursements - Prepare and distribute interview schedules, guides, and candidate materials - Facilitate post-interview debriefs, collect feedback, and ensure timely candidate dispositioning - Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process - Provide proactive communicatio...
