This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for customers, working closely with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to identify customer requirements and specify the appropriate hybrid and electrification solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in power electronics and electrified systems with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring every application meets or exceeds customer expectations throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept through production and beyond.
