Position Summary Odyssey is seeking a Jr. Security Specialist for our Beavercreek, OH office. The Jr. Security Specialist will support the security team in the day-to-day operation of the industrial security program and personnel clearance program. Working under direct supervision, this role focuses on task execution, data management, and learning the regulatory framework that governs Odyssey's security operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Security Manager, AFSO, and Security Specialists to ensure contract security compliance with applicable regulations (NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117, DoD SAP/SCI Community and Intelligence Community directives, applicable ICDs, etc.). This is a full-time role in Beavercreek, OH with a hybrid work schedule.
