Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in an HR generalist/HR consulting role. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or Talent Management. - Experience identifying opportunities or dealing with potential or existing customers/partners. - Experience analyzing information, drawing conclusions, generating alternatives and solutions, and evaluating outcomes. - Understanding of people and talent offering philosophies to carry out programs and projects across business areas. - Understanding of stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations. - Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
