Job description

Overview Aligns demand, supply, and capacity, and execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) across assigned division. Integrates customer service, scheduling, planning, and procurement to ensure customer requirements are met, plants are properly loaded, and materials flow seamlessly. Responsibilities: Completes other projects as required. - Develops and executes best practices for material planning and inventory management. Owns material planning across purchased components to meet the demand plan. - Plans and schedules material flow to ensure appropriate warehousing and distribution of raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Ensures Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligns with divisional SIOP volume and demand plan. - Ensures the correct inventory levels of plant raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods are consistent with business requirements and working capital targets. - Oversees capacity planning while utilizing appropriate tools and analyses to ensure smooth production output. - Ensures customer scorecards, escalations, and order commitments are executed consistently.
