Human Resources Generalist 260002OM Description Job Title: Human Resources Generalist: Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager FLSA Status : Non- Exempt Grade: 7 The HR Generalist is a junior level role responsible for supporting and coordination of the day-to-day HR operations and managing designated tasks or projects within the HR department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, daily administrative operations, recruitment, reporting, training, benefits coordination, and HR communications. ESSENTIAL FUCNTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Recruitment: Facilitate and implement varied aspects of the recruitment process. Work with hiring managers to post jobs, screen applicants and coordinate the recruitment process of job vacancies. Use applicant tracking system to proficiently post jobs, screen applicants, select qualified candidates, schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Maintain accurate records of active job openings and applications in applicant tracking system and manage internal and external job postings.
