Job description

The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children, step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study, and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high. The Quality Administrative Assistant will be working alongside our quality specialist team to help scan, organize, and file legacy documentation into our digital file system. They may engage in other quality-based activities and serve in an assistant capacity for the quality team. Examples may include, scanning, filing, data entry, moving boxes, warehouse clearing, or other activities as assigned by the quality specialist group. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
