Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Data Centers

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in the following fields: new product introduction/supply chain, sustaining operations, management/manufacturing, operations/development or operations engineering. - 8 years of experience in people management. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. - Certification in lean six sigma. - Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Product Engineering for hardware technology and systems and in Project management. - Experience with strategic and operational initiatives. - Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners. - Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas.
