Responsibilities: - Has thorough knowledge and is able to prep and prepare all menu items. - Has thorough knowledge of prep lists and is able to fill out and complete daily if needed. - Preps, and maintains items for a well-stocked cooking station. - Is responsible for the quality of products served. - Able to cook at all stations in the food truck proficiently. - Able to work well under pressure and communicate well with all with both team members and guests. - Understands how to read kitchen orders and prepare products in timely manner.
