Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead and manage the full-cycle accounting responsibilities for Department 9. This role requires advanced Excel proficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Oversee the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and expense classification. Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal financial policies. Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including budget variance analyses. Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy across financial systems. Develop and maintain well-organized and compliant financial records and audit trails. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights to support departmental decision-making.
