SUMMARY: The Auto Body Technician is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body parts in accordance with company specifications, processes and time standards. The Auto Body Technician is skilled in analyzing, assessing and fixing damaged vehicles. This role is responsible for repairing, replacing and refinishing outer body parts. This position will also be skilled in fixing internal automotive structures. This position comes with a $2500 Sign-On Bonus. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to established standards. This position prepares vehicles for body repair work. Additionally, the Auto Body Technician will be challenged with restoring bodywork to its original condition. This may include removing damaged parts and installing replacement parts utilizing specialized tools to repair the damage and realign structural components. Communicates with management regarding any additional repairs that may be needed on a customer’s vehicle. Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised completion/delivery time.
