Job description

The Project Support Specialist (PSS) plays a critical role in supporting Emerson customers by serving as a key connection between customers and manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely communication, coordination, and execution of manufacturing activities while aligning internal teams around customer expectations. The PSS helps drive predictable outcomes, strong customer relationships, and successful order execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Provide manufacturing lead time quotations in response to customer requests. - Support the development and execution of manufacturing milestone plans for critical orders and customer outage requirements. - Manage Built Not Shipped (BNS) and order date activities for assigned Impact Partners and customers. - Coordinate factory actions for assigned orders by partnering with Production Planning, Production Scheduling, and other cross‑functional teams. - Support Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments as needed to ensure successful order execution. - Monitor order progress to ensure commitments made to customers are met or exceeded. - Proactively ex...
