Academic Req: Required – Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university, preferably in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field of study; Preferred – Graduate degree from accredited program/university in a related field Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior intervention Work experience: Required – One (1) year of related experience and/or training; Preferred – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Maintain awareness and understanding of current educational research, methodology and legislative mandates and share updates with staff. 2. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary or requested by the position supervisor. 3. Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency. 4.
