Legal counsel（Europe） Munich Full-time Consulting / Legal / Education / Research ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business in Europe. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues. Responsibilities: Give accurate and timely counsel on a variety of legal topics (data protection, labor law, corporate law, compliance and external investigation, contract negotiation, and ESG etc.) Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation, insight into and identify daily legal&compliance risks in the European region, especially the pre-compliance layout of core businesses in the European market, responsible for the formulation and optimization of relevant legal policies, contract templates and guidelines.
