Position Summary RBJK Marketing LLC, the largest regional sub-franchisor for JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support ongoing AR operations across multiple commercial cleaning markets. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities including collections, billing support, cash application, and account reconciliation. A key focus will be maintaining accurate AR records, resolving aged balances, and supporting overall financial accuracy across a multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on B2B AR experience, is comfortable working within ERP systems, and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Management: - Manage and review aged receivables, identifying and resolving past-due balances. - Research account history including billing records, service agreements, and prior collection activity. - Process write-offs, credit memos, and billing adjustments in accordance with company policies. - Maintain accurate invoice records, including detailed notes, reason codes, and audit documentation. - Partner with Operations and Sales to resolve disputes, pr...
