Job Summary: CRH Americas Recruiting Center is looking to identify a New Hire Administrator for our team. The role will be part of a 5-6 person administrative group that processes offer letters and runs background checks for new hires under the guidance of the Recruiting Operations Manager. Job Location: This full-time position is a hybrid role out of our office in Rochester, NY. Job Responsibilities: Create and email all new hire offers, ensuring accuracy of documents including offer letter Utilize the electronic onboarding process for new hires as appropriate Work closely with various product companies under the CRH umbrella to update electronic offer packets with appropriate required forms Input and monitor progress of new hire screenings such as drug testing and background checks, keepi...
