Overview Opportunity: Regional Director of Engineering: HHM Hotels is looking for an East Coast-based Regional Director of Engineering to support a portfolio of dynamic properties. This position will provide leadership and guidance to aide field personnel in maintenance of all equipment, systems and building components, including but not limited to mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks and other equipment/work for a cluster of hotels. Your Growth Path: Corporate Director of Engineering: Your Focus: - Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values. - Assist Regional Director of Operations and Hotel General Managers with the annual property level staffing and budgeting to ensure proper maintenance of hotel assets. - Assist with the interviewing and selection of Area Chief Engineers and Property Level Chief Engineers, ensuring they meet the requirements with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values. - Assist with the training of Area Chief Engineers and Property Level Chief Engineer...
