Role Summary/Purpose: This role is for a Product Manager with our Payment Hub program. The Payment Hub is a collection of systems and activities that support Synchrony’s backend payment processes that support transactional activity across the enterprise, including cardholder and retail deposit activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong Agile project management background with a focus on payment systems, products and processes and proven track record of understanding payments operations, leading matrixed project teams, building systems supported by strong governance and controls, as well as delivering projects on time and within budget. Essential Responsibilities: Drive the vision and roadmap of innovative new capabilities to keep the business as an industry leader in the space while owning the product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Subject matter expert for owned product(s) with deep expertise including but not limited to features, functionality and customer journey. Manage, prioritize, and track implementation of features within the program backlog.
