Job Description: Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Plant Controller in the analysis of financial and operational data, the preparation of reports, and providing recommendations to management. The objective of the role is to ensure reliable analyses that support decision‑making processes, cost control, and the optimization of the manufacturing plant’s performance. Scope of Responsibilities: Analysis of the plant’s financial performance and preparation of reports for the Plant Controller and management. Monitoring budget execution, variance analysis, and identification of areas requiring improvement. Cooperation with the Production, Logistics, and Finance departments in collecting data and explaining variances. Preparation of financial forecasts and support of the budgeting process. Participation in cost optimization and production process improvement projects. Preparation of presentations and reports for the Management Board and global finance structures.
