Job description

This Opportunity Heitman is seeking an Associate to join its Product Strategy & Development (PS&D) team. The PS&D team drives organic revenue growth by enhancing product development and innovation and by bringing strategic discipline and insight to the products we offer our clients. The team stays closely attuned to evolving industry trends to ensure Heitman maintains a robust and relevant product suite across market cycles. PS&D partners closely with Heitman’s global investment teams, as well as sales, client service, and marketing, to deliver thoughtful client solutions and support the firm’s broader objectives. Based in Heitman’s Chicago office, this role supports the core functions of the PS&D team and offers meaningful exposure to institutional product strategy, real estate investing, and cross ‑ functional collaboration across the firm.
