HR Business Partner - Job Number: 261344 - Full-time - Mon-Fri 1st Shift Job overview: Schneider is seeking an HR Business Partner in Green Bay to provide human resources process planning and execution to a group of departments. The HRBP will assist with coaching, leadership development, performance management, associate relations, compensation, organizational design and compliance. Responsibilities: - Build relationships with all levels of leadership to ensure alignment with organizational values. - Advise leaders on the deployment and development of their people. - Facilitate talent review processes for assigned business segments. - Coach leaders on effective performance management processes. - Provide compensation coaching and education to leaders. - Optimize associate productivity and work processes. - Consult with leaders on performance and legal issues that affect associates and the organization. - Collaborate with corporate recruiters to support staffing plans.
