AI Solutions Engineer OneReach.ai builds conversational AI and automation tools that help organizations improve how they communicate and operate. Founded by Robb Wilson, author of Age of Invisible Machines , the company focuses on practical, human-centered automation for real business use cases. Our no-code/low-code platform enables teams to design and manage AI-driven workflows, virtual assistants, and system integrations across channels. Customers use the platform to automate processes, personalize interactions, and connect existing enterprise tools - reducing manual work and improving efficiency at scale. Position Overview: We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to work closely with our Head of Engineering on creating, testing, and prototyping AI-driven solutions using the OneReach platform. You’ll help build micro-products, proofs of concept, and templates, and support development of agent-driven workflows. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that combines development, problem-solving, and prototyping with a willingness to learn and take on whatever tasks are needed to advance the work.
