ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: This multidisciplinary role provides mission critical support for both spacecraft and ground infrastructure operations. The Senior Analyst ensures system readiness, operational coordination, procedure development, training, and Level 2/Level 3 support across a global network of teleports and control centers. The role integrates responsibilities from spacecraft operations, ground segment engineering, infrastructure readiness, anomaly resolution, and cross functional project representation. It is a key operational position requiring rapid response, technical depth, and strong coordination across Satellite Operations, Teleports, Engineering, and Network Operations.
