Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing. Navigating Responsibilities: As part of the TAS team, you will be involved in the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lender, and corporate clients, assuming responsibility for the execution of those tasks or areas assigned to you.
