JOB DUTIES: Facilitate, enter, and ensure resolution of all customer and vendor claims within specified vendor time frames Effectively communicate the status of claims internally with Customer Service Representatives, Sales Representatives, and the Business Operations team, as well as externally with customers and vendors Ensure that all information and documentation needed for a claim is received Ability to handle seasonal volume peaks in a timely manner Commitment to providing the best service and support to our trading partners Performs other accounting duties as assigned during off season All other d...
