Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Strategic Sourcing team in the role of Category Manager. This position is a full-time, hybrid role (2 days in office a week). This position works out of our Integrated Service Center in Plainfield, IN. Role Responsibilities: - Develops product and service category strategies and leads strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned categories. - Coordinates new product, capital, and purchased service requests and serves as the primary owner of supplier relationships, developing strategic plans, monitoring supplier performance, and conducting regular business reviews to ensure alignment with performance targets, strategic objectives, and risk mitigation plans. - Acts as the Supply Chain representative for assigned categories in collaboration with Clinical Effectiveness, participating in Clinical Effectiveness Councils, serving on committees, and delivering relevant presentations. - Maintains strong engagemen...
