Department: 05530 AAH Multi Site - Anticoagulation Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Zero assign Anticoagulation RN who would work at 11 different sites including Port Washington, Cedar Creek, West Mequon, West Bend North, Slinger, Hartford, Menomonee Falls, Northwest, Good Hope, Mayfair and New Berlin clinics.
