Position Summary: The Team Leader in our Mentor, OH manufacturing facility will be responsible for leading team members and providing expert production knowledge in high-quality medical industry manufacturing environment. This position requires working onsite in our Mentor, Ohio facility. Work Four 10 hour shifts: Monday through Thursday 6:00am to 4:00pm. This position is eligible for overtime. Note: You must arrive 15 minutes before the shift starts to prepare for the shift and stay 15 minutes afterward to close out after the shift is completed. What You'll do as a Team Leader The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed Required: - Provide expert knowledge, instruction, and oversight of the team in their performance. - Recommend and develop tools and fixtures for improving quality and productivity. - Train and guide production staff during the introduction of new production items. - Lead work over various workstations.
