Description Position Summary: The Director of Quality oversees all quality-related functions throughout the entire enterprise. As the head of the Quality Department, this individual maintains and represents the organization in all Quality Management Systems, serves as a shared resource for overseeing and owning the QMS for all site locations, and leads all pertaining audits. Duties and Responsibilities: - Works with executive leaders to establish strategic direction for quality initiatives meeting customer, product, and market requirement. - Develops, implements, and maintains effective and compliant quality management systems (QMS). - Leads internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections. - Ensures robust CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensures overall QMS compliance. - Collaborates with operations managers to implement and leverage Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Assurance (QA) practices to enhance performance and efficiency in achieving quality outcomes. - Provides leadership and guidance to all Quality Managers in effort to drive quality in support of operations. - Recommends an...
