Internal Programs & Communications Manager CommonSail Investment Group: About the Role: We are seeking an Internal Programs & Communications Manager to lead and scale enterprise-wide employee programs that drive engagement, performance, and operational alignment across multiple brands and locations. This is not a traditional internal communications role. This position serves as the enterprise program owner for high-visibility employee initiatives — including performance competitions, reward programs, and cross-function campaigns — ensuring initiatives are clearly launched, operationally aligned, widely adopted, and measurably successful. You will operate at the intersection of HR, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations, translating business priorities into structured employee programs that deliver results. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution , with full accountability for program visibility, participation, and impact.
