Job Summary The Director of Resources and Operations provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for college-wide budget, personnel, and operational functions. Reporting to the Dean, this role operates with a high level of autonomy to manage financial planning, facilities, and human resources while ensuring alignment with university policies and goals. The position collaborates with academic and administrative leaders to optimize resource utilization and drive operational effectiveness.
