Description SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Construction, the Project Manager is responsible for the daily management, coordination, and oversight of construction projects at California Institute of the Arts main Valencia campus and external sites. The scope of this work includes successful project planning, execution, and closure. Qualifications: SKILLS/ABILITIES: - Work closely with the AVP of Facilities Construction, and the Capital Facilities Planning team in planning and pre-construction activities for various projects, leading to a successful project roll-out. - Responsible for driving project progress with internal and external constituents. - Proactively monitor, track and take necessary action to deliver projects within the scheduled timeframe and approved budget. - Coordinate with institute and project staff as needed to execute each phase of the project.
