Job DetailsJob Location: Boise HBC - Boise, ID 83716Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 SalaryTastevin Operations Manager This position’s primary responsibility and function is to oversee and manage the performance of the Operations teams for the Tastevin wine division of Hayden Beverage to successfully meet Company requirements and standards. This will be accomplished through coordination and clear communication throughout these departments and their divisions. This position functions under the direct supervision of the General Manager of Tastevin and allows latitude for independent direction in duties. Essential duties are illustrated below: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Schedule: Monday - Friday: $50,000-$55,000/yr DOE Responsible for overseeing the Tastevin Operations team, specifically in Boise. Assist and oversee recruitment by working with the various supervisors and the HR team. Manage the adoption and oversee training of all worksite safety programs.
