Location Malton, North Yorkshire: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced QA professional with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach: - Proven experience in quality assurance or technical management within food manufacturing, ideally meat processing. - Track record of successfully managing and developing teams. - Strong knowledge of regulatory and customer standards (FSA, BRCGS, HACCP). - Experience with audits, compliance, and change management. - Ability to collaborate effectively with production and cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
