Delivery Trainer

Job description

The Delivery Trainer position plays a key role in developing and supporting the success of our delivery team by training and monitoring new and current employees. This position is responsible for preparing employees for CDL driving responsibilities, delivery procedures, safety standards, and company policies while ensuring a positive and professional training experience. This role works closely with Delivery and Operations leadership to provide hands-on instruction in route delivery operations, CDL testing preparation, vehicle inspections, maneuvering skills, and customer service expectations. The Driver Trainer may also have to step in and assist with onboarding processes, driver development, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to help maintain efficient and high-quality delivery operations.
